Shipping policy

Processing Times

Most of our products are made-to-order. This means we start working on your item as soon as your order comes in.

• Standard processing time is 7 to 10 business days
• Busy seasons or large orders may take an extra few days
• Custom designs may require additional approval time

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time & Costs

Once your order is finished and packaged, it is handed off to the carrier.

Typical shipping timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
• Priority Shipping (if selected): 1 to 3 business days

**Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on weather, holidays, or delays within USPS, UPS, or FedEx.**

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight
• Destination
• Carrier rates

We do not mark up shipping prices. What you see is what the carrier charges.


Free Local Pickup (Optional)

If you plan to offer local pickup:

• We offer local pickup in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 
• You will receive instructions once your order is ready
• Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:

• Packages sent to the wrong address
• Lost items due to an incorrect or incomplete address

If your package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once the package is handed over to USPS/UPS/FedEx, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

If your package is:

• Marked as delivered but missing
• Delayed in transit
• Lost by the carrier

Contact us and we will guide you through a claim with the carrier. We are not able to refund or replace items that the carrier marks as delivered unless the claim is approved.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
• We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation
